Wang Hao — Executive Chef of Central Hotel Shanghai

Wang Hao is the third generation of successors of Wang Bao He Crab Banquet. Since he entered into the hotel in 1981, he has been devoted to the innovation and continuous development of Huaiyang Cuisine and crab dishes in the spirit of relentless pursuit. Through 30 years of development, Wang Hao and his chef team have made the Wang Bao He Crab Banquet a must of people in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Taiwan and overseas guests who have ever been to Central Hotel Shanghai. Wang Hao was invited for many times by the food programs of mainstream media at home and abroad, and acted as judge of important food contests.
