1、Favorable living space in golden section of Shanghai is provided for employees and trainees. Each dormitory, which may accommodate 6-8 persons, is equipped with independent sanitary apparatuses and air conditioner. Meanwhile, two rooms are available in the company for use as temporary dormitories of employees in the night shift.

2、For the purpose of enriching cultural life of employees in spare time, the company set up a library for employees. Books and journals are updated on quarterly basis and a librarian is designated to provide services for book borrowing, thus providing nourishment for the mind for and enriching cultural attainment of employees.

3、The purpose of the staff canteen is to satisfy everybody. The executive chef examines the menu every week to ensure nutrient balance; the central kitchen center delivers raw materials in a concentrated way; staff will have buffets to avoid food waste.

4、Healthy body is the guarantee for outstanding work performance. The company set up an employee healthcare station and designated full-time doctors to provide services of consultation, treatment transfer, prescription preparation and simple diagnosis and treatment for employees.

5、Dressing room and bathroom, which are spacious, bright, clean and safe, are cleaned everyday. Staff can focus on their job in such pleasant working environment.
